<p>PURPOSE:To diminish a local load of an equipment, to maintain its integrity, to keep its accuracy and performance, and to intend to improve its reliability as well by providing a structure that a panel and a thermal insulator into which a heater is assembled, to a fitting structure which is separately installed from members to be heated up. CONSTITUTION:Metal fasteners 12 of a preheater/thermal insulation device is welded to a leg 13 in order to avoid a load of a boundary part of an equipment 1. A fitting structure is constituted of timberings 11 which are fastened to the metal fasteners by bolts, and a connecting point of circumferential bands 2 being wound to the equipment 1 and timberings 11, which is fastened by bolts in a way that difference of thermal expansion can be released. After that, frame members 15, a preheater 4, a cover sheet 9, metal fixtures 6 for fitting the thermal insulator, and so on, are assembled together, to make a frame structure panel 14 having sufficient rigidity. After the panel 14 is fastened to the timberings through large fitting holes 18 drilled on the frame members 15, under consideration of production tolerances and fitting accuracies, an outer circumference of the laminated thermal insulator 15 is wound by a wire, the thermal insulator 15 is fitted to the panel 14 by the fitting metal fixtures 6 of thermal insulator and moreover an outer armor plate 10 is fitted at the outermost circumference by the metal fixtures 6. With this procedure, local loads to the equipment 1 can be diminished and integrity can be maintained.</p> |
