<p>PURPOSE:To avoid home power interruption based on temporary increase of a current by providing a current detecting means in a hot water heater for a locally-washing stool seat and stopping current flow in a hot water heater for washing and when a detection signal is input. CONSTITUTION:A current detecting means 4e for detecting a current in a hot water heater 4a for a locally-washing stool seat is provided in wiring 1 around a toilet. There is provided a current flow stopping means 2d, which stops current flow to a hot water heater 2a for washing hand when a detection signal of the means 4e is input. In this way, increase of current consumption can be automatically suppressed by avoiding simultaneous current flow in the hot water heaters 4a, 2a for a locally-washing stool seat and for washing hand respectively.</p> |
