摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To recognize the sort of abnormality generated in a signal line by superposing a signal indicating an abnormal state outputted from each abnormal detector to a signal line connecting between a supervisory and control equipment and a equipment to be supervised as a pulse signal having each different current level. CONSTITUTION:When a fault detector detects a fault and closes a contact, a pulse generating circuit 11a constituted of an one-shot multivibrator is excited and a pulse output with a prescribed time width is applied to a time contact circuit 13a constituted of a transistor(TR). As the result, the circuit 13a is closed only for a time interval corresponding to the pulse width and a variable resistor 12a is connected between respective lines. Thereby, the pulse current of a level I1 determined by I1=V /{(R1.Rx)/(R1+Rx)} flows into the line in accordance with the parallel connection state of the resistor 12a with the resistance value R1 and a terminal resistor 14 with the resistance value Rx. The level of the pulse current is decided by the current measuring part 22 in a remote supervisory and control equipment 20 and corresponding relation with abnormal event is decided by a deciding part 23. The decided result is processed as abnormal data by a transmission processing part 24 and sent from a transmission part 25 to a center supervisory station.</p>
