PURPOSE:To obtain the subject foam having excellent heat-insulation, etc., absolutely without using trichloromonofluoromethane by reacting a specific polyol component with an isocyanate component in the presence of water and a foaming agent. CONSTITUTION:The objective foam can be produced by reacting (I) a polyol component consisting of a polyol mixture of (A) 48-52wt.% of a polyol obtained by adding (i) propylene oxide and (ii) ethylene oxide to (iii) tolylenediamine, (B) 10-14wt.% of a polyol produced by adding the component (ii) to a bisphenol and (C) 13-17wt.% of a polyol produced by adding the component (i) to trimethylpropane, etc., and (II) an isocyanate component consisting of an isocyanate mixture containing (D) 60-90wt.% of polymethylene polyphenyl diisocyanate and (E) 10-40wt.% of sucrose tolylene diisocyanate prepolymer in the presence of water and a foaming agent containing 1,1-dichloro-2,2,2- trifluoroethane. |
