PURPOSE:To provide the title composition having high detergency, easy to rinse with water, and causing little environmental pollution, comprising a terpene compound and a specific surface active compound of low foamability capable of self-emulsification of the former compound. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) a terpene compound such as monoterpene (e.g. D-, L-limonene), orange-peel oil, pine oil or eucalyptus oil and (B) pref. 2 - 40 wt.% of a compound of the formula [Z is residue of a compound having 2 - 8 hydroxyl groups; AO is 3-18C oxyalkylene; R<1> is 1-24C hydrocarbon; COR<2> is 2-22C acyl; a - f are each >=0; g - i are each 0 or positive integer; g + h + i = 2 - 8; dg + eh + fi = >=1; (a + d)g + (b + e)h + (c + f)i = 2 -500]. The present composition can readily remove domestic oil stains, the rosin flux on printed boards and the stains of liquid crystals. |
