PURPOSE:To make supply currents corresponding to the fluctuation section of load even to the sudden change of load flow through a converter by obtaining currents equivalent to inverter input mean currents from the output currents of an inverter and controlling the converter on the basis of the current value. CONSTITUTION:A flow rate delta computed by an inverter controller 7 is input to an arithmetic section 9, and inverter-input mean currents are computed together with the detecting currents iu, iv of a current detector 10 in the arithmetic section 9. Currents IDC are multiplied by the detecting voltage VDC of a voltage detector 25 detecting the input voltage of an inverter 6 by a computing element 11, and inverter-input mean power PL is computed. The computed voltage PL is divided by the supply voltage 3Ve of an AC power 1 by a gain 12, and converted into a supply current value IqL. When a converter 3 is controlled on the basis of the supply current value IqL, supply currents can be made to flow through an inverter 3 in conformity with the fluctuation of the load even when the load of the inverter 6 is changed suddenly. |
