PURPOSE:To reproduce an ultralow-pitched sound effectively without unnatural human voice by controlling a rate of a signal generated by a musical interval conversion circuit and added to an input signal corresponding to the frequency of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:When a sound signal outputted from a reproducing device 1 is mainly human voice, an output of a DC conversion circuit 13 via an LPF 11 is made small. As a result, a voltage controlled amplifier 14 decreases an output level of a musical interval conversion circuit 5 and outputs the result to an adder 3. In this case, since a low frequency sound is not much emphasized, unnatural human voice is prevented. On the other hand, when the sound signal outputted from the reproducing device 1 is a musical signal, the output of the circuit 13 gets large. As a result, an amplifier 12 increases an output of the circuit 5 and outputs the result to the adder 3 thereby emphasizing the low- pitched sound. Thus, unnatural human voice, especially voice of male is prevented and effective ultralow-pitched sound is reproduced. |
