<p>PURPOSE:To inspect gate and drain wirings with different voltages before cutting a substrate by connecting a gate terminal connection wiring and a drain terminal connection wiring with a connection line to form a protective film and cutting the connection line before the inspection of voltage. CONSTITUTION:A gate terminal connection wiring GTC to connect gate terminals GTM and a drain terminal connection wiring DTC to connect drain terminals OTM are connected by a wiring connection line COC. After the protective film is formed, the wiring connection line COC is cut before the voltage application inspection where different voltages are applied to the gate connection wiring GTC and the drain connection wiring DTM. Thereafter, electrode short- circuit inspection and overall lighting inspection are performed and the substrate is cut. Therefore, short-circuit is prevented even if static electricity penetrates into a scanning signal line or the like at the time of forming the protective film, and voltage application inspection is performed for connection wirings GTC and DTC independently of each other since connection wirings GTC and DTC are not short-circuited before cutting of the substrate.</p> |
