摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve the optimal control according to the flow rate by an applied- voltage control means by controlling the voltage applied to a viscosity variable fluid at the time of automobile running by a voltage application means, on the basis of the flow velocity of a fluid flowing through an orifice. CONSTITUTION:In the processing within a controller 15, an automobile speed signal V supplied from an automobile speed sensor 17 is read. When the automobile is determined to be running, in an attempt to reduce the shake, an acceleration signal G, on the side of an engine and an acceleration signal G2 on the side of an automobile body supplied from the acceleration sensors 18, 19 are first read and then the difference G0 between the acceleration signals G1 and G2 is computed. Then, by integrating the difference G0 twice, the relative displacement X between the engine and the automobile body is computed. Flow velocities of the fluid through the orifices 10 and 11 are determined by the state of deformation of an elastic body 4 forming a main fluid chamber 6, and this state of deformation is determined by the relative displacement x1 between the engine and the automobile body at the position where an engine support device 1 is installed. Therefore, by searching the map on the basis of the relative displacement x1, the applied voltage which can reduce the shake at most is thus determined.
