PURPOSE:To obtain a curable polyurethane-based sealing material especially used for window glass in a car of an automobile, etc., or in a building field having high viscosity and excellent initial adhesion by making at least a part of isocyanate group to a nurate crosslinked structure. CONSTITUTION:(A) Isocyanate prepolymer containing terminal active isocyanate group having polyol component of 2000-20000 molecular weight is mixed with (B) 0.1-2wt.% nurating catalyst to afford the subject sealing agent in which at least a part of isocyanate group has a nurate crosslinked structure. Said sealing agent is preferably stored at 5-30 deg.C and in using, heated at 60-160 deg.C for about 1-30min and applied to an objective material.
