(I) is prepd. by (1) adding 2.5-6% of mixt., in wt. ratio 2:1-4:1, of a polyalkoxypolymethylsiloxane and at least one Al alcoholate (II) to 2.5-24% mixt., in (wt.) ratio 3:1-1:3, of tetraethoxysilane and perethoxypolysiloxane oligomer (III), then (2) adding 75-95% one or more 1-4C alcohols; (3) stirring for 30-120 mins. at 30-50 deg.C; (4) cooling to room temp. - Pref., (III) is mixt. of oligomers comprising 2-6 monomer units. |
