摘要 |
PURPOSE:To obtain an aromatic hydrocarbon by bringing an aliphatic hydrocarbon and/or alicyclic hydrocarbon having carbon number being in a specific range into contact with a crystalline aluminozincosilicate having each specific Si/Al ratio, Si/Zn ratio and alkali metal content. CONSTITUTION:A raw material containing at least 50wt.% 2-7C aliphatic hydrocarbon and/or alicyclic hydrocarbon is brought into contact with a catalyst obtained by adding a transition metal (e.g. Pt or Cr) to a crystalline aluminozincosilicate having 14-35 Si/Al ratio and 30-350 Si/Zn ratio and <=0.4wt.% alkali metal content at 350-600 deg.C to produce an aromatic hydrocarbon. The catalyst is produced by treating the crystalline aluminozincosilicate with an ammonium ion-containing solution to convert an alkali metal into an ammonium ion and then burning the ion-exchanged aluminozincosilicate. The catalyst has long catalytic life and can provide the aimed product in high conversion and selectivity. |
