<p>PURPOSE:To easily obtain high reliability by selecting a monoclonal antibody specifically bound to human IgE. CONSTITUTION:An antibody-producing cell obtained by immunizing a mouse with human IgE is fused with a myeloma cell to afford a hybridoma (A). A desired clone is selected from the ingredient A and then cultured by in vitro culture method, etc., to afford a cultured mixture (B). A culture supernatant of the ingredient B is subjected to fractionation purification to produce the monoclonal antibody selected from a group of (a) monoclonal antibody HE-22A capable of recognizing a structure closely related with saccharide chain of human IgE, (b) monoclonal antibody HE-35A capable of recognizing Depsilon2 domain of human IgE, (c) monoclonal antibody HE-39E and HE-69B and capable of recognizing Dapprox.=1 domain of human IgE and binding to mutually different part. As necessary, a monoclonal antibody selected from the ingredient (a) to the ingredient (c) is brought into contact with a sample containing human IgE to immunologically measure human IgE.</p> |
