<p>A method of computer painting comprising defining the path of a brush stroke by parametric curve control data; defining and interactively editing the attributes (for example, stroke width; stroke transparency and stroke colour) at predetermined points along the path, using a supervisory display of the path and the points thereon; and generating the intervening points by interpolation, for storage in a frame store and subsequent reproduction as an image of the brush stroke.</p> |
