PURPOSE:To improve the impregnating property of fluorocarbon resin dispersion to a fiber base material by impregnating a fiber base material from low density to high density gradually. CONSTITUTION:In an impregnating part, two baths are used, and, for example, fluorocarbon resin dispersion of 10wt.% is put into the low density bath 2, and fluorocarbon resin dispersion of 60wt.% is put into the high density bath 3. After a glass cloth 1 is immersed into a low density bath 2, it is steeped into a high density bath 3, and baked at baking furnace 4, and then wound up on a winding part 6. The baking furnace 4 is comprised of three stages, and it is successively controlled at a temperature of 50-120 deg.C, 150-220 deg.C, and 280-380 deg.C from the lowermost stage. |
