The invention relates to a device making it possible, by means of a stepped-down motor (18), to rotate an advertising panel (3) mounted on a vertical spindle (14) which will be articulated about two fixed advertising panels (1) and (2) in a to-and-fro movement identical to the opening or the closing of a door. The stepped-down motor (18) will be linked to the movable panel (3) by a torque-limiting friction clutch (17) allowing the said panel (3) to stop if it encounters resistance due to any obstacle. The device according to the invention is more particularly intended for indoor advertising on public or private sites. <IMAGE>
