This valve, which includes a hollow body (1) with an inlet orifice (2) surrounded by a valve seat (7), a shutter (8) sliding in leaktight manner in the body (1) along the axis (3) of the inlet orifice (2), delimiting, together with the walls of the body a leaktight chamber (9) of variable volume, this shutter (8) being returned to the seat (7) by a spring (10) located in the chamber (9) between the shutter and that wall of the body which is opposite the inlet orifice, and with a lateral outlet orifice (4) permanently isolated from the chamber (9), is such that: the shutter (8) includes a passage (19) of smaller cross-section than that of the useful surface, establishing a permanent one-way communication between the inlet orifice (2) and the chamber (9), the "go" direction of which is towards the chamber (9); the chamber (9) includes a discharge valve (11) with adjustable preload, the shutter (12) of which has a useful cross-section which is distinctly less than the useful cross-section of the sliding shutter (8). <IMAGE>
