PURPOSE:To manufacture a high strength cement body of uniform strength in a short time by adding an inorganic filler to water solution in which a water-soluble polymer substance is melted, mixing, and adding synthetic fiber therein and rockingly mixing, feeding a rockingly mixed mixture in which in which cement is added into a mold and pressing. CONSTITUTION:200 pts.wt. or less of an inorganic filler is added to water solution composed of 30 pts.wt. or more and 60 pts.wt. or less of water of 40 deg.C or under ion which 0.01 pts.wt. or more to 0.1 pts.wt. or less of a water-soluble polymer substance is melted or being melted and mixed, and then 0.3-7 pts.wt. of synthetic fiber is added therein and rockingly mixed, and 100 pts.wt. of cement is added to a mixture thus prepared and rockingly mixed, and then said mixture is fed into a molding tool to be able to open and close, and the mixture is pressed at the speed of 10mm/sec. or more and shaped. The sediment of the inorganic filler is controlled and dispersion properties are enhanced by said process, and further fluidizing properties imparted to the mixture and shaping properties are enhanced. Also, as the adding volume of water-soluble polymer substance is comparatively small, draining out of the mixture at the time of pressing is good, and the pressing time can be short even for a molded body or large wall thickness ratio. |
