PURPOSE:To prevent the adverse influence of heat irradiated from an irradiation lamp upon an irradiation lamp support base by providing a heat-resisting projecting means which extends from one of two reflecting plates which reflect light from the irradiation lamp to the other, and arranging the irradiation lamp support base outside of it. CONSTITUTION:A reflecting means 20 which converges light from the irradiation lamp 18 on an irradiated part consists of upper and lower reflecting plates 22 and 24; and an opening 54 for air ventilation is controlled with one-side ends of them and an opening 56 for original irradiation is controlled with the other- side ends. Further, the one-side edge part of the upper reflecting plate 22 is bent toward the lower reflecting plate 24 to form bent parts 58a and 58b, the support base of a support terminal mechanism for supporting the irradiation lamp 18 is provided outside the bent parts, and a black characteristic area having characteristics of light absorption is formed on the internal surface of the bent part 58a to prevent exposure irregularity and also eliminate the evil influence of heat irradiated directly from the irradiation lamp 18 upon the support terminal mechanism. |
