摘要

PURPOSE:To easily produce a precursor having 211 phase finely dispersed in 123 phase and giving a superconducting material having high critical current density by specifying a compsn. contg. RE (rare earth element), Ba and Cu. CONSTITUTION:The molar ratio of RE:Ba:Cu in the compsn. of a precursor is regulated to the region defined by (50:20:30), (10:60:30) and (20:20:60) and each of RE, Ba and Cu is allowed to exist in a specified form by a specified percentage.
