PURPOSE:To attain the synthetic recording of picture and sentence information, by transmitting the picture information obtained at a picture reader and the sentence information from a sentence processor individually and forming the synthetic document of the picture information at the reception side. CONSTITUTION:The sentence processor 1 generates the sentence information comprising character code information and supplies it to a facsimile device 2. The facsimile device 2 transmits the picture information obtained at the picture reader and the sentence information obtained at the sentence processor 1 individually. In the reception, the picture and sentence information transmitted individually is recorded on one recording medium based on the recording position information instructed in advance to form the synthetic document. |
