PURPOSE:To eliminate twist curling and manufacture a film laminate of good flatness by regulating two biaxially-oriented polyphenylene sulfide films, surface and rear face, closest to an outermost layer of the laminate to satisfy specified conditions. CONSTITUTION:A laminate is composed of two or more of biaxially-oriented polyphenylene sulfide films. The film laminate satisfies DELTAbeta<=0.05 under the condition of DELTAalpha<=40 deg.. DELTAalpha is the difference of two biaxially-oriented polypheylene sulfide films, surface and rear face, closest to an outermost layer in the orientation axial direction (0 deg.<=DELTAalpha<=90 deg.). DELTAbeta is the difference of birefringence degree of the two films (DELTAbeta>=0). |
