The frame comprises transverse steel bars (2) being bent in a triangular form of rising having two inclined parts (2a) at regular intervals, longitudinal steel bars (3) bied on the bottom corners of the triangle rise and ridge beams (4) being tied on the top point of the rise. When concrete is poured for a precast slab, the pointed upper parts of the rises are arranged to protrude upward from the slab surface and provide steel bar reinforcement for in-site concrete construction. The reinforcing frame eliminates much of reinforcing steel bar work at construction sites.
