The invention relates to a device to be used as a male aid, especially by males suffering the affliction of impotence or partial impotence. The present invention aims to provide a non-surgical option as a simple, low cost device to increase male performance. The device acts as an externally applied venous constrictor to allow blood quantity to be retained and to build up in the penile organ. The figure shows the tension band (1), friction means (h) and primary holding means (a and b) in the partly wound state. Fully tensioned band, when in place, has a secondary holding means (d and 1a).
