PURPOSE:To provide a magnetic force adjusting method allowing highly accurate magnetization concerning a magnet for attracting a colliding sensor or the like requiring strict attracting force. CONSTITUTION:This is a method for converging target attracting force by repeating a process of performing magnetic field reduction after saturatedly magnetizing a magnet for adsorption and a process of measuring attracting force, and the conversion is based on a halving method where the average value of two reduced magnetic fields able to obtain attracting force sandwitching the target attracting force is used for the next reduced magnetic field so as to correctly aim at the conversion point to the target while obtaining a magnet having accuracy according to the number of times of saturated magnetic fields and reduced magnetic fields. Then, a magnet for attraction according to such a method is the magnet in a colliding sensor consisting of a magnet, a flying piece of a magnetic material to be attracted by the magnet, a cylinder restricting movement of the flying piece in one direction and a contact to be closed together by coming in contact with the flying piece moving in one direction. |
