PURPOSE:To improve working efficiency by providing a work pressing member of freely vertically movable above a work shooter and constituting this member of an elastic body. CONSTITUTION:A laser beam is radiated by a laser beam machining head 31 provided on the upper position of a work table 9 to support a metal plate W. The work shooter 33 to support a part corresponding to a cut piece WA and carry the cut piece WA is provided freely swingably in the vertical direction between the horizontal position and the inclined position on the vertically lower position of the laser beam machining head 31 at the work table 9. The work pressing member 39 to press the cut piece WA and a part extending to the outside of this is then provided freely vertically movably on the upper position of the work shooter 33. This work pressing member 39 is then constituted of the elastic body which is elastically deformable. Consequently, the cut piece can be carried properly. |
