PURPOSE: To reduce access delays in case of transmission competition among respective mobile stations by sanding transmission channel information from the present station of respective mobile stations to a central station and sending an information code showing the state of mobile station at the time of final reception from the central station. CONSTITUTION: After a mobile station sends a burst 11 onto a backward channel 11, a confirm burst 13 is sent from a base station and before the mobile station sends a burst 14, the mobile station receives the confirm burst. In this case, the burst to be sent from the mobile station to the central station includes a backward more field RM showing transmission channel information and a backward access/confirm field RAA as the information code transmitted from the mobile station to the central station-so as to show the state of final mobile station. Furthermore, the burst to be sent from the central station to the mobile station includes a forward more field FM as the last received transmission channel information of mobile station and a forward access/confirm field FAA as the information code sent from the mobile station to the central station, so as to show the state of final mobile station. In such a constitution, the delay in the case of transmission competition is reduced.
