PURPOSE:To give stretchable function and enhance flexibility, chemical resistance and stain resistance by a method wherein a covered material is formed by providing a flexible fluoroplastic covering having a specified composition through a polyurethane resin layer on a base material. CONSTITUTION:A Polyurethane resin layer is formed by applying solvent solution of polyurethane on a base material by means of topping, coating or the like. Fluorine-containing elastomeric copolymer (backbone polymer), the glass transition temperature of which is below room temperature, is manufactured by copolymerizing one or more kinds of monomers containing at least one kind of fluorine-containing monomer and monomer, the molecule of which has double bond and peroxide linkage simultaneously. Next, graft polymer consisting of 100 pts.wt. of said main polymer and 40-70pts.wt. of vinylidene fluoride monomer is obtained in order to prepare its organic solvent coating liquid. A fluoroplastic covering is formed by applying said coating fluid on said polyurethane resin layer. |
