PURPOSE:To efficiently obtain an ALC panel by executing autoclave aging after introducing a slurry into a forming mold and molding and applying a coating material which is thermoset at a specific temp. on a molding panel to eliminate coating material drying process. CONSTITUTION:After mold release agent is applied on a pattern sheet 12 placed on a forming mold 11, a coating material 14 which is thermoset at an autoclave temp. is applied. Next, the light weight foam concrete slurry 15 is introduced into the forming mold and is aged for a prescribed time and is primarily thermoset. And the formed panel 16 is released from the mold and is coated on the surface with the coating material 14 which is thermoset at an autoclave temp. and is transferred into the autoclave in which steam aging is executed at high temp. and in high pressure to thermoset the coating material 14 applied on the panel 16. In this way, the autoclave aged foaming concrete (ALC) is obtained. |
