Device enabling a badge to be incorporated with a key holder. The invention relates to a solid device making it possible to incorporate a badge harmoniously with a key holder, without its attachment catching onto the elements with which it could enter into contact, while remaining easily seizable. It consists of a first key-holder element (2), in which a badge (1) and its attachment (4) are assembled by virtue of a perforation of the two cells enabling them to be incorporated with the key-holder/badge module. The identifying features of the key holder (3) may be on the badge (1) side or on its attachment (4) side. The device according to the invention is intended particularly for companies (clubs) and for individuals who have to give their clients keys for rendering services (property, motor-vehicle concessionaires, etc.), but may be extended to any field. <IMAGE>
