PURPOSE:To provide a coaxial connecting device between boards for connecting two circuit boards which is simple in structure and handling and can be miniaturized. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric section 2 is provided in a cylindrical outer conductor section 1 extended vertically, and the outer conductor section 1 has a leg-like connecting terminal section 11 extended from its lower section. A central conductor section 3 connected to a mating central conductor is held in the dielectric section 2, and the central conductor section 3 has a leg-like connecting terminal section 31 protruded downward from the dielectric section 2. The outer conductor section 1 and the central conductor section 3 are extended upward respectively, and springy upper contact sections 15, 34 extended upward respectively and capable of being elastically deformed vertically are provided.
