<p>PURPOSE:To improve adhesion between 1st or 2nd extracting circuit formed on the surface of a ground layer and a 1st insulating base, to prevent the generation of a disconnection defect and to obtain a touch panel with a stable resistance value by forming the ground layer with the same material as that of a 1st electrode at the time of forming the 1st electrode. CONSTITUTION:In a touch panel 16 constituted of forming the 1st electrode 5, the 1st extracting circuit 6 connected to the 1st electrode 5 and the 2nd extracting circuit 8 insulated from the 1st electrode 5 on the 1st insulating base 1, superposing and adhering the 1st base 1 to the 2nd insulating base mounting the 2nd extracting circuit 8 and connecting the circuit 8 to the 2nd electrode 14 through a conductive layer 12, a ground layer 10 having the same material as that of the electrode 5 is provided on the ground of a position on which the circuit 8 is connected to the electrode 14, or that of a position on which at least either one of the circuits 6, 8 is adhered to the 2nd insulating base.</p> |
