The invention relates to a new device with a tamper evidence system for stoppers characterised by a series of points of contact (1) located at different heights with respect to the base of the neck of the bottle (2), this device allowing, when unscrewing the stopper, an improvement in the breaking of all the small bridges (3) connecting the collar (4) to the stopper (5) by a jamming effect due to the arrangement of the points of contact. This device guarantees the tamper evidence of bottles of mineral water. <IMAGE>
