PURPOSE:To provide an optical recording medium high in reliability to repeating recording by reducing the mass transfer of a recording material by repeating recording. CONSTITUTION:The groove 31 is meandered in the spacial wave length lambda1 of diffraction limitation. At the time of recording, the phase changing material formed on the groove 31 is fused but since the groove is meandered, the mass transfer of the recording material is drastically reduced and the number of times of repeating is increased. |
