PURPOSE:To make it possible to efficiently operate a factory by storing in advance control formula in a power information processing unit and using the control formula from start of operation of a converter to the start of non- utility power generation and by controlling electric power to be purchased by the power information processing unit based on the control formula in response to the operation and stop of the converter. CONSTITUTION:Energy of electric power generated by non-utility power facilities is measured by a measuring instrument 16 for electric power generated by non-utility facilities. Also, power from external is measured by a purchased power measuring equipment 16. These values are transmitted to a power information processing equipment 20. An operation start signal from a heating boiler 12 for converter is supplied to the power information processing equipment 20. Also, control formula are stored in advance in the said equipment 20 and if the predicted energy of power to be purchased exceeds a preset maximum purchasing power, a power reducing signal is sent to a power load adjusting equipment 22 thereby controlling without exceeding the maximum purchasing power. |
