PURPOSE: To obtain a medium having multiple laminated layers by arranging rims between a first data surface and a second data surface in such a manner that the radiation rays from the first side of the transmissible medium are focused to either of the first data surface or the second data surface. CONSTITUTION: The medium 12 has a substrate 50. This substrate 50 is called a surface plate or cover plate and the laser beams enter the medium 12 therefrom. An outside diameter rim 52 and an inside diameter rim 54 are mounted between the substrate 50 and a substrate 56. An outside diameter rim 58 and an inside diameter rim 60 are mounted between the substrate 56 and and a substrate 62. An outside diameter rim 64 and an inside diameter rim 66 are mounted between the substrate 62 and a substrate 68. An outside diameter rim 70 and an inside diameter rim 72 are mounted between the substrate 68 and a substrate 74. The surface 50 and the substrate 56, 62, 67, 74 are made of light transparent materials, such as glass, polycarbonate or other high-polymer materials. As a more preferable embodiment, the surface plate 50 is 1.2mm thick and the substrate 56, 62, 68, 74 are 0.4mm thick. |
