摘要 The quality of unstrained rice wine called as Mak-gul-ri is improved by treating with 0.2-2.0 ppm ozone at 4-25 deg.C for 1-5 min. and leaving alone at the same temp. for 2-5 hrs.. The obtd. unstrained rice wine has a good taste and preserves for a long period.
