PURPOSE:To reduce the number of processes and also shorten a bonding time by heating a bonding agent for a short time by means of microwave heating after putting a frame body of synthetic resin on the peripheral edge portion of a glass plate coated with a solution type bonding agent. CONSTITUTION:A microwave heating device is made up of a microwave oscillator 1, an applicator 2 and a wave leading pipe 3 to conduct the connection of these, and a resin frame body 6 put on the peripheral edge portion of a window glass plate 5 through a bonding agent is closely stuck to the surface of the window glass pane 5 by means of a pinching jig 7, and mounted on a turntable 4, and heated by means of microwave irradiation. As a result, a heating time for the bonding of the resin frame body and the window glass pane can be made very short by means of microwave heating, and production efficiency is improved. Also, the temperature rise of the resin frame body can be reduced by means of microwave heating, and the deformation of the resin frame body can be restrained. |
