DATA HOLDING STATE DECIDING CIRCUIT AT POWER INTERRUPTION

PURPOSE:To provide the data holding state deciding circuit at interruption of power deciding whether or not the data temporarily stored in a storage element is accurately held when the interruption of power is recovered to the normal energization. CONSTITUTION:In a data holding state deciding circuit at interruption of power, a central arithmetic processing section 8 confirms whether or not the data stored in a temporary storage element 1 is accurately held at the interruption of power and whether or not the data in the specific address in the temporary storage element 1 is equal to the expectation after recovered from the power failure and a power discrimination circuit 4 discriminates the power supply capacity of the battery 3 supplying the power to the storage element at the interruption of power when recovered from the power failure. The purpose mentioned earlier can be attained based on the deciding result of the power deciding circuit 4 and the decision whether or not the data held in the temporary storage element 1 is equal to the expectation.
