A weapon housing ring is fixed to the cylindrical weapon housing (1) and the barrel casing with gas piston (6) is inserted from the front in the guide track of the weapon housing (1). The supported barrel (5) has a removable muzzle brake, and firmly attached to the barrel is a ring, and behind the ring is a radial hole of the barrel (5) which issues into a gas cylinder (9) attached to the barrel and extending through the barrel ring. When the weapon is ready for firing, the barrel ring locates on the housing ring and a barrel spring (10) is arranged in the weapon housing locating on the barrel casing with the gas piston and firmly attached to it.
