PURPOSE:To reduce the firing noise by decreasing the number of start/stop times for combustion by an intermittent heating operation, when the heating load is at the minimum heating quantity of the heat exchanger or less. CONSTITUTION:For the title hot water heating device, a heat exchanger 1 to heat hot water, and radiators 6, 11, 21, which are connected with a pump 2 to feed the hot water and the heat exchanger 1 by a going circuit 5 and returning circuit 5, are provided. In addition, the title device is equipped with a by-pass circuit 22 to connect the going circuit 5 and returning circuit 4, flow rate control valve 23 which is provided on the by-pass circuit 22 and bathtub heater 24, and flow rate detector 9 which is provided on the circuits 4, 5 and temperature detectors 7, 8, and a controller 34 which performs the opening/ closing of the flow rate control valve 23 by signals of the detectors 7, 8, 9. When the controller 34 detects the heating load which is the minimum heating quantity or less by the temperature controllers 7, 8 and the flow rate detector 9, the controller 34 indicates an intermittent heating operation by passing water in the by-pass circuit 22, and suppresses the operation frequency. |
