The panel is made from chips of resinous woods which are dried and compressed, with at least one face (PA) of the panel given a coat of paint (4) and varnish (5). The panel can be made from three layers (1, 2, 3), with two (1, 3) facing in one direction and the third (2) in the other. After at least one of the panel's faces (PA) has been smoothed it is given a coat of a cellulose paint (4), which is allowed to dry, followed by one or more coats of a coloured acrylic varnish. USE/ADVANTAGE - Suitable for wide range of applications, including furniture, wall panelling, floors or false ceilings, having a pleasant aspect.
