Disposable pallet made from corrugated cardboard

The pallet is made from corrugated cardboard using a minimum of clips and mainly secured by adhesive. The ground support blocks (2) are made from layers of board and can be waterproofed by impregnating with a preservative. The multilayer load surface (1) is made in one piece with folded side flaps to assembly into the tray.The load layers are in alternate directions for strength. The ground support blocks are glued to the load surface. The adhesive used is suitable for recycling the board.
