Prefabricated construction elements which can be juxtaposed, adjusted, assembled and fixed and are intended for the construction of straight or curved stairs. These elements can be made of any type of material, and in particular reinforced or non-reinforced concrete, plastic, wood, etc. The device consists of a riser of U-shaped or UU-shaped configuration 4 on which the step rests, the step consisting of a panel 3 and comprising resists.
