The system starts recording automatically by external alarm signal and stops recording automatically after setting time. The apparatus comprises signal output terminals (K0-K3), input terminals (K0-K7), a remote control IC (IC1), an infrared ray data output means (2), a time delay IC (IC2) which is reset by the alarm signal and, outputs control signal, after setting time, 1st connection means (Q3) for power ON, 2nd connection means (Q1) for starting record, 3rd connection means (Q2) for stopping record, and 4th connection means (Q4) for power OFF.
