摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing engineering not causing bubble contamination at the time of laminating a film on the metal sheet continuously at a high speed of 100m/min. or above. CONSTITUTION:A film is pressed by a roll and thermocompression-bonded on a coil-shaped metal sheet by means of a laminate roll on which rubber is lined smoothly on a metal roller, having each dimension and the properties of diameter of roll (D), 400mm or less, thickness of lining (T), 40mm or lower, DXT=6000 or below, hardness of rubber, 60 deg. or higher, maximum surface pressure in nip width, 15kgf/cm<2> or more, at a line speed of 100m/min. or higher. As a film to be laminated on the metal sheet, any films are available in the case of a film having self-adhesiveness or in the case of a film being laminated via an adhesive. Moreover, this method is particularly effective when a film is laminated on both the surfaces of a metal sheet.</p>
