CONTAINER MADE OF BIODEGRADABLE NONWOVEN FABRIC

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a biodegradable formed container completely degradable by microorganisms in the soil used in agriculture and horticulture, resistant to decomposition during the raising seedling period and quickly degradable when buried in the soil. CONSTITUTION:A xylene solution of ethylcellulose having a concentration of 5% is applied in an amount of 20g/m<2> to a web made of blended fiber consisting of 70% wool and 30% rayon fiber and having an areal density of 100g/m<2> and the obtained nonwoven fabric base is hot-molded in a mold to form a pot-shaped formed container. A cellulose acetate resin is applied to the inner wall of the container and a biodegradable binder consisting of chitosan-cellulose is applied to the outer wall surface of the container to obtain the objective container.
