<p>PURPOSE:To generate a quickly and finely an arrangement of a graphic and a character-string by providing a scale display part for displaying a scale separately from a cursor, and a moving part moving the scale to an optional position on the display surface, on a CRT picture. CONSTITUTION:A lever (d)-1 operation of an input part 4 moves a scale in the optional direction of the right and left, and the upper and lower directions, a switch (d)-5 operation sets a moving direction of the scale, and a signal of the input part 4 is inputted to a scale data analyzing part 2 from an input data analyzing part 5. By depressing a switch (d)-6, a moving part of the scale can be set. Also, by depressing a switch (d)-9, a rotary portion can be inputted to the analyzing part 2 through the analyzing part 5 from the input part 4. In this way, the scale is controlled 8 so tha the parallel movement and the rotating movement are executed, a mark is put, etc., and an arrangement of a graphic and a character string is displayed quickly and finely on a CRT display part 7.</p> |
