PURPOSE:To provide a receipts and disbursements data processor capable of automating the totalizing processing of receipts and disbursements data and reducing the generation of miscalculation. CONSTITUTION:A totalizing device 2 receives money-sorted receipts and disbursements data transmitted at every transaction end on a window from plural teller's machines 1 and totalizes the number of sheets and the amount of money at every kind of money in real time processing as the totalized data of every kind of machine and every kind of teller. After ending daily business, each teller carries cash and negotiable securities such as bills and checks to be stored on hand to the device 2, which reads out the totalized data of each teller and counts up cash by a cash counter. Thus, only the individual data are inputted from the input part of the device 2. Then, the device 2 collates the totalized data with the totalized amount of the cash and the negotiable securities such as bills and checks and displays the collated result. Since it is unnecessary for each teller to input totalized amounts, the handling time can be saved and the generation of miscalculation can be reduced. |
