摘要 PURPOSE:To shorten simulation time until the occurence of an accident and to efficiently execute prediction calculation by periodically calculating a model identical to a predictive model and preparing an initial value for the predictive model. CONSTITUTION:The model 21 performs simulation by periodically calculating the state equivalent to an actual plant using four information of load request signals, load fluctuation rate setting signals, load change starting input time and load change starting signals. The constitution of the model 21 at the time is the same as the predictive model 28 so as to use the calculated result to the predictive model 28 as it is. Then, when an abnormality occurs at the plant and the cause and the degree of the abnormality are identified by a plant abnormality diagnostic part, the initial value preparation part 27 of a predictive simulation part performs comparison with abnormality occurence time from the file 26 of a real-time simulator for preparing the initial value and sets it on a data file 11 as the latest initial value for a predictive simulator before the abnormality occurence time.
